Memories are…
Old photographs left alone in an
ancient album conveying,
love, family, friendship in
Past happy occasions.
Previous flashbacks recalling,
dreadful, frightening moments.
A loved ones treasures that brings,
such pleasure to the one who inherits them.

Life has its way of showing us beautiful things even in the occasional mundane routines we are sticklers to. i find many reasons to smile, embracing the much abhorred emotion otherwise known as stress.

time will set right everything, time will show the mirages when the dust has settled, and only time will answer where this journey will take me.

i actually enjoy my life now, with nice peeps ard me. Work is a little settled for now, i hope.. But still, there are many more things for me to learn. There was a period of time when i actually wanted to resign so much. i know i'm the kind who cannot really handle stress and colleagues really play a very important role. There are some good and bad ones. Anyway, having a second thought, i changed my mind. Perhaps i shd say, it kinda difficult to find a job out there (maybe i'm very fussy)! Haha..

Took mc last friday and went for eye appointment. The doctor said my left eye is still infected while my right eye has completely recovered. i dare not wear contact lens for long hours anymore.. because i experienced how LONG it really takes for one's eye inflammation to slowly recover.
Before i continue on & on, Happy Mothers' Day to all mommies in the world, especially mummy of mine!

Thanks for loving me all these years and showing me how much you dote and care for me. Most importantly, supporting all the decisions that i made and believing me always. :)

Next, meet up with this bunch of girls yesterday! :)

Doris asked to hang out together with meixian & siying. We waited for Mx at Jurong east so meanwhile, the 3 of us just kept talking about our jobs. On a sidenote, mx and i are merely just friends. we become even closer because we are working in the same bank but different branches. Thats how coincidence it was when i saw her at the mrt station 2 months ago, happened to know that we both entered the same bank and will be joining the april batch for training. Haha..

Went Ion for our late lunch before starting on our shopping. Everywhere was so crowded! Nevertheless, still managed to purchase something back home.

Left ard 6pm for ML's 21st party while they continued to shop. Sadly, mx said we didn't take many photos. Rest assure, there are many more chances to come in future! This girl is actually considering whether to join us for the HK trip and i really hope she will travel with us together.

Headed down to Swissotel for ML's birthday celebration. Bought a dress from BYSI. i first saw it at jp but they only left those big sizes, thus i tried my luck at the central since i had nothing to do while waiting for dearest' qt to arrive cos she was caught in a traffic jam. Was really happy to see her after so many months. :)

Dine in at Swissotel Ellenborough Market Cafe. Saw those polyfriends after not seeing them for so long. Moreover i went for attachment for 1/2 a year during my last semester back then. Was nice knowing that everyone is doing good. Besides gossiping, laughing, eating, we didn't forget to cam-whore as well.

The theme for yesterday was 'casino'..

Cabbed home ard 2am. All in all, we had a wonderful night yesterday.

i am christine who is blessed with what i have.

i am 27 this year and my birthday falls on 4th august.

i'm just another ordinary girl.
i don't live life to be famous or someone great. i just live
for the success, love and happiness.

Though i may appear aloof at times but im actually approachable.
You will get to realise when you know me better
and how crazy can i be. :)

my life is like a ferris wheel, has it's ups and downs...

Though over the years,i've stumbled on rocks. i know
very well that with each time, I managed to pick myself up.
It makes me to be more wiser and grow stronger
with experiences that i've learnt & gained.

However things that happened didn't bring me down cos i
believe that everything happens for a reason, this may
leads me a happier life. THUS, i'm still generally a
happy person.

Looking back at certain aspects of my life so far,
i can't pride myself upon what makes the me today.
There are way too many regrets.

I feel uber sensitive about everything, thus getting hurt
easily at the slightest remark and i hate to cry infront of everyone.

I live the life the way i want it to be for nobody knows what
future might brings.

I am blessed to have a great caring family and close friends
by my side. They're the ones who will stay by me no matter
what happens and i know i can count on them always.

i meet new people, learning something from each and
every person i've came across.

i would say thay i have grown alot through experience
and exposure to different things these few years.

Sometimes things are complicated including people as well.
It might not turn out the way we want it to be or meeting
people who aren't true to you. Thus, it pretty much
depends on how we see and handle them.

Life's beautiful...
everything around me seems to glow with a touch of magic dust...
lookin' forward to the future..
wanna fly towards my dreams..
just wanna smile n laugh with each passing day with my loved ones...
learn & see more about the world around me..

If I was never good enough, then I will work my way up forever..
strive to be a better person, better friend, better daughter.

live it, love it.. and still learning from it
